If you get a new device, be sure to disable and then reenable 2FA on your Activision account using a supported authenticator app* on your new device. Only use a backup code when you cannot access your authenticator app (e.g., lost, broken, or new device). IMPORTANT! Backup codes should not be used as the primary way to log in to your account. Since the backup codes are mainly used when you cannot access your authenticator app, we recommend keeping your backup codes somewhere other than on the device with the app. You can set up as many as you want and make. You have three options for enabling 2FA in Fortnite. Go to your Account Page Select Password & Security from the menu on the left of the page Under. Once on the Password & Security page, scroll down to find the two-factor authentication section. Select one of the following options: Enable Authenticator App, Enable SMS. Hit ‘Sign In’ in the top right and select the platform your Fortnite account is associated with. Click the tab that says Password & Security.
